Stay Green Package Inclusions:

• Two coffee breaks (full-day package) and a morning or afternoon break (half-day package).
• Wifi access for all delegates in the function room.
• Audio visual package including LCD projector, screen, two wireless microphones, VGA connector with sound system.
• Meeting venue hire from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (full-day package) and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (half-day package).
• 15% discount on all individual spending at Zeta Café and Maya Restaurant.

Green Credentials:

• Green Engage Certification by hotel.
• Only whiteboards provided to save paper and our forests.
• No flower decorations.
• Digital signage in room to save paper and forests.
• Waste-controlled by reuse, reduce & recycle.
• No individual bottled water set up, delegates may avail from a water station set up in the room.
• Notepaper and pencils are available for delegates to help themselves from a stationery hub if required, rather than at every place setting.

  Full-day package: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
